Assessment Process

In order to receive the Statement of Attainment, students are required to do the following during the 2 day course:

  • Conduct a role-play performance review
  • Conduct a real-life coaching session
  • Complete answers to general and scenario-based questions
  • Develop a simple communication strategy
  • Interpret simple body-language
  • Understand the basics of different psychological types
  • Conduct an 'assertive' role-play conversation (as opposed to submissive or aggressive)
  • Create a job description and break it down into KPIs linked to an operational plan
  • Develop a personal Action Plan based on tasks to do differently back at work
