Receiving help with your fees is easy with Corelink! The course you have chosen is eligible for the Corelink 12 Month Payment Plan. The fees will be deducted from your credit card each month, for 12 months.

Please find your course in the list below and add that amount to the relevant box on your Enrolment Form. Fill out either Form 1 or Form 2.

Form 1: Complete this form by hand: Print the form, fill it in and fax it back. OR,
Form 2: Complete this form onscreen: Move through the document fields with the 'Tab' button on your keyboard. When you're finished email it back to us.
