Train the Trainer

The essential course if you are required to develop and train others.

This two day Train the Trainer course is for managers, team leaders, consultants and others involved in developing and presenting short training sessions. In fact many employees have a responsibility for training others, whether it is in work processes, company policies, induction, health and safety and the like. If you however require formal training qualifications, we do offer the Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

This is an INTENSIVE course held on two consecutive days and involves some preparation work on the evening of the first night.
