Start time and duration

You can start anytime for self paced, distance learning!  You will work through workbooks and other activities to learn your new skills.  If you are currently working, a good gauge would be one unit per month.  However, your coach will work with you to determine a Personal Learning Agreement that is tailored to suit your job and lifestyle.  We set a maximum time frame of 12 months.

Qualification Information

This diploma is for those who have successfully completed the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and wish to upgrade their qualifications to a management level of training and assessment. It is for people who wish to engage in advanced training and assessment practice, and who wish to focus on one or more of the following areas:

Asessment Process

Depending upon your personal experiences, for each unit you may submit some of the following for assessment:

  1. Portfolio of Evidence
  2. Supervisor's Checklist (verifying your work)
  3. Team Member's Checklist (supporting your work)
  4. Workplace Projects (proving your skills and knowledge)
  5. Answers to Underpinning Knowledge Questions
Your general subject knowledge will also be monitored by your coach

When you have collected all your evidence, you give it to your coach.  Your coach will determine when you are ready to receive your qualification.
