Learning Process
You will learn this via a combination of online and self-paced learning with the support of your very own personal coach. Corelink is an expert and reputable training organisation. We only offer outstanding levels of professionally coached services.
There's no point in starting a course that you are unlikely to finish. Your Corelink coach will work with you to design a Learning Plan that suits you. You will be personally inducted into Corelink by your coach. This way, you will completely understand Corelink’s website, learning tools and assessment processes. You won't have any questions unanswered and you will feel comfortable and supported.
About your Coach: Corelink coaches are very experienced and are selected due to the fact that they:
- Currently work in industry as reputable and established trainers
- Personally hold the new Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Have a sincere desire to coach and support people to achieve their goals
Fortnightly Telephone Coaching: You and your coach will agree on pre-determined, fortnightly telephone coaching times. Your coach will work with you to ensure you achieve your qualification according to your Learning Plan.

How is assessment conducted?
For each unit the student submits the following for assessment:
- Supervisor's Checklist (verifying your work)
- Team Member's
Checklist
(supporting
your work)
- A Workplace Project (proving your skills and knowledge)
- Answers to Underpinning Knowledge
Questions
Your general subject knowledge will also be monitored by your assessor
As you complete your tasks, you send them to your coach. Your coach will determine when you are ready
to receive your qualification. You can work as quickly or as slowly as you like, depending on your job and your lifestyle.
Start Time and Duration
You can start anytime for self paced, distance learning! You will work through workbooks and other activities to learn your new skills. If you are currently
working, a good gauge would be one unit per month. However, your coach will work with you to determine a Learning Plan that is tailored to suit your job and lifestyle. We set a maximum time
frame of 12 months.
Government Funding - New Apprenticeships
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is available in a number of Australian states as a new apprenticeship pathway for existing employees.
This qualification can be studied as an Adult Traineeship which
means your employer may receive $4,400 in Government funding to support your studies. Ask us about this as Government funding is readily available to encourage adult training in Australia, or contact your local apprenticeship centre for further information.

Frontline Management qualifications are fast becoming the benchmark against which current and potential Australian leaders are measured. This course is recommended for supervisors and team leaders, or people who want to move into a supervision role. Many students choose to learn their leadership and supervision skills in their own time to plan for future their career moves. This is not an online course.
