Learning Strategies

The duration of a mentoring program is a decision made by the organisation. It can be incorporated into the business system and last indefinitely.

Specific Requirements

To be successful, this program requires strong support from the Management Team and the individual mentee's supervisor.

Appropriate 'matches' need to be made when allocating mentees to mentors within the organisation.
