Mentoring Programs A Mentoring Program is only one learning strategy an organisation can adopt. Specifically, it is valuable in organisations that have a mix of highly experienced, skilled employees and new or inexperienced employees. The challenge is to transfer the knowledge and skills, in a structured, planned way to the newer employees. Mentoring is known to contribute to high-level performance at work.
