Leadership development Programs

Corelink is very experienced at developing leaders. Our approach is innovative and effective.

The content is completely geared to the leadership, management and supervision skills required within your organisation.  We base the content on a clear balance between the needs of the participants and the Senior Management Team.

We always concentrate on moulding the program around the client organisation’s specific business goals. We tailor the workbooks, activities, on-the-job assessments and projects.

Funding and Accreditation

You can choose an accredited or non-accredited Leadership Development Program.  An accredited LDP can attract $4,400 per participant in Government funding. Participants receive Frontline Management qualifications. In our experience, we find that most participants attract the funding. We then make the Frontline Management competencies ‘fit’ into your systems and the leadership framework.
